New, tags intact. On the tag there is a bright pink tassel on the hang tag. Apparently this tassel leaked some dye onto the vest during storage, so if you look closely you can see a bit of pink discoloration onto the faux fur. I've not attempted to treat this, as I didn't want to remove the tags. I've since taped the tassel where it can no longer come into contact with the faux fur.
